Sounds of Singing Bowls by NAADA（以下「本アプリ」）についてのご質問・不具合のご連絡は、こちらのメールアドレスまでお願いします。

お返事には数日いただくことがあります。不具合のご連絡のときは、差し支えなければ次の3つを書き添えていただけると助かります。

お使いの端末（例: iPhone 15 / Android）
アプリのバージョン（設定画面に出ている場合は、その番号）
どの画面で、何をしたときに起きたか

2. 使いかた

聴きたいシンギングボウルを選ぶと、音が再生されます。アカウント登録もログインもいりません。
気に入ったものは「いいね」を押すと端末内に記録され、次に開いたときも残っています。
音源と画像は再生時にインターネット経由で取得するため、通信できる状態でお使いください。

3. よくあるご質問

書いた記録は、どこかに送られていますか？: いいえ。記録は端末の中だけに保存されます。アカウント登録もログインもなく、外部のサーバーへは何も送っていません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
記録を全部消したいです。: いいねと設定は端末の中だけにあります。アプリを削除すると、これらもすべて一緒に消えます。元に戻すことはできません。
機種変更したら記録は引き継げますか？: いまのところ引き継ぎ機能はありません。記録が端末の中だけにあるためです。新しい端末では、あらためて最初からになります。
インターネットにつながっていなくても使えますか？: 音源と画像は再生時にインターネット経由で取得するため、通信できない状態（機内モード・圏外など）では再生できません。端末内に保存されている「いいね」や設定は、そのまま残ります。
広告やアプリ内課金はありますか？: ありません。
オフラインでも聴けますか？: 聴けません。音源と画像は再生時にインターネット経由で取得します。
アカウント登録は必要ですか？: 不要です。ログインもありません。
「いいね」はどこに残りますか？: お使いの端末の中だけです。当社のサーバーには送られません。

4. うまく動かないとき

アプリをいったん終了して、開き直してください。
それでも直らないときは、端末を再起動してください。
App Store / Google Play に本アプリの更新が出ていないか確認してください。
それでも直らないときは、上の3点を書き添えて support@mainichi-apps.win までご連絡ください。

アプリを削除して入れ直すと直る場合がありますが、そのときは記録も消えます。最後の手段としてお試しください。

2. How to Use the App

Pick a singing bowl and it plays. There is no account and no sign-in.
Tap the like button to mark a favourite; it is kept on your device and is still there next time.
Sounds and images are fetched over the internet as you play them, so use the App with a connection available.

3. Frequently Asked Questions

Is what I record sent anywhere?: No. Records are stored only on your device. There is no account and no sign-in, and nothing is sent to an external server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete everything?: Your likes and settings live only on your device. Deleting the App removes them all. This cannot be undone.
Can I move my records to a new phone?: Not at the moment, because the records live only on your device. On a new device you start again from scratch.
Does it work offline?: No. The sounds and images are fetched over the internet when you play them, so playback does not work in airplane mode or out of range. Your likes and settings stay on your device either way.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?: No.
Can I listen offline?: No. The sounds and images are fetched over the internet as you play them.
Do I need an account?: No. There is no account and no sign-in.
Where are my likes kept?: Only on your device. They are never sent to our servers.

4. If Something Goes Wrong

Close the App completely and open it again.
If that does not help, restart your device.
Check the App Store / Google Play for an update.
If it still happens, email support@mainichi-apps.win with the three details listed above.

Reinstalling the App can fix some problems, but it also erases your records. Please treat it as a last resort.
