Sounds of Singing Bowls by NAADA（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。本アプリで入力・記録された内容は、すべて利用者の端末の中だけに保存されます。音源と画像だけは、再生のたびに配信サーバーから取得します（「通信」の項をご覧ください）。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所・生年月日などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録もログインもありません。位置情報・広告ID・端末の識別子も取得しません。
本アプリで記録した内容は、端末内のアプリ専用領域（サンドボックス）にのみ保存されます。次に挙げるものが外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、記録も一緒に削除されます。
取得した情報を第三者へ提供・販売・共有することはありません。
本アプリは、広告配信を行いません。Google アナリティクス・Firebase・広告SDKなどの第三者の解析ツールや、行動分析ツール、クラッシュレポートの仕組みは組み込んでいません。
本アプリは、シンギングボウルの音源および画像を再生・表示するために、当社が管理するクラウドストレージ（Supabase の公開ストレージ／CDN）からこれらの公開コンテンツをインターネット経由で取得します。
「いいね」や設定は端末の中だけに保存され、この通信で送信されることはありません。
このほか、本ページやお問い合わせ用のメールへのリンクを開いたときにのみ、端末の標準ブラウザ・メールアプリが起動します。
本アプリは、年齢を問わず個人情報を収集しません。13歳未満の利用者からも同様に、個人情報はいかなるものも収集しません。
いいねと設定は端末の中だけにあります。アプリを削除すると、これらもすべて一緒に消えます。削除した記録を元に戻すことはできません。保存先は端末内だけなので、運営者側に削除を依頼する対象のデータはありません。
本アプリは次の機能を使います。これらの利用に伴い、当社がお客様の個人情報を取得することはありません。
マイク・カメラ・位置情報・連絡先・写真ライブラリなどへのアクセスは行いません。
本アプリには、当社が提供する独自のクラウド同期・バックアップ機能はありません。端末内に保存された「いいね」や設定は、iOS／Android の標準的な端末バックアップの対象に含まれる場合がありますが、これは OS（Apple／Google）の機能であり、当社がその内容を取得することはありません。
本アプリのコンテンツ配信に利用するサブプロセッサは、クラウドインフラ提供者である Supabase（およびそのコンテンツ配信網）に限られ、ここで取り扱われるのは公開コンテンツの配信に伴う技術的情報のみです。
本アプリはシンギングボウルの音を再生・鑑賞するためのツールであり、リラクゼーションや瞑想の補助を目的とするものです。特定の医学的・心理的・治療的効果を保証するものではなく、診療行為や医学的助言の提供、特定の症状の改善・治療を目的とするものではありません。健康上の懸念がある場合は専門家にご相談ください。
本アプリで提供する音源は、当社が権利を有するもの、適法なライセンス（CC0 等）に基づくもの、または権利者の許諾を得たもののみを使用しています。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を書き換えます。収集する情報の種類を増やす場合は、アプリの更新時にあらためてお知らせします。

Sounds of Singing Bowls by NAADA (the "App") does not collect any personal information. Everything you enter or record in the App is stored only on your own device. The sound files and images themselves are fetched from our delivery server when you play them (see “Network Communication”).
The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address or date of birth. There is no account and no sign-in. We do not collect location data, advertising identifiers or device identifiers.
What you record in the App is stored only in the App's private area (sandbox) on your device. None of the items below is ever transmitted to any external server. Deleting the App also deletes the stored records. The following is stored:
We never share, sell or otherwise provide anything we hold to third parties.
The App shows no advertising. It contains no third-party analytics, behaviour-tracking or crash-reporting SDKs such as Google Analytics, Firebase or advertising SDKs.
To play and show the singing bowls, the App fetches the audio files and images over the internet from the cloud storage we manage (public storage / CDN on Supabase).
Your likes and settings stay on your device and are never sent through this connection.
Apart from this, your device’s browser or mail app only opens when you tap a link to this page or to our contact address.
The App collects no personal information from users of any age, including users under 13.
Your likes and settings live only on your device. Deleting the App removes them all. Deleted records cannot be restored. Because the data never leaves your device, there is no data held by us for you to request deletion of.
The App uses the following. We obtain no personal information through them.
The App never accesses your microphone, camera, location, contacts or photo library.
The App has no cloud sync or backup service of our own. Likes and settings stored on your device may be included in the standard device backup of iOS or Android, but that is a function of the OS (Apple / Google) and we never obtain its contents.
The only subprocessor used for content delivery is Supabase (and its content delivery network), the cloud infrastructure provider. What it handles is limited to the technical information involved in delivering public content.
The App is a tool for playing and listening to singing bowl sounds, intended to support relaxation and meditation. It guarantees no particular medical, psychological or therapeutic outcome and is not intended to diagnose, treat or give medical advice. If you have a health concern, please consult a professional.
The audio in the App is either owned by us, used under a valid licence (CC0 and the like), or used with the rights holder’s permission.
If we change this policy we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we ever begin collecting a new kind of information we will say so in the app update.
