KOTODAMA - アファメーション通知（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。本アプリで入力・記録された内容は、すべて利用者の端末の中だけに保存されます。例外として、iOS 版でお客様ご自身が「バックアップ」を押したときにだけ、選んだデータがお客様の iCloud に保存されます（「通信」の項をご覧ください）。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所・生年月日などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録もログインもありません。位置情報・広告ID・端末の識別子も取得しません。
本アプリで記録した内容は、端末内のアプリ専用領域（サンドボックス）にのみ保存されます。次に挙げるものが外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、記録も一緒に削除されます。（iOS 版でお客様ご自身がバックアップを実行したときだけ、下記のうち起動パスワードと生体認証の設定を除いたものが、お客様ご自身の iCloud に保存されます）
取得した情報を第三者へ提供・販売・共有することはありません。
本アプリは、広告配信を行いません。Google アナリティクス・Firebase・広告SDKなどの第三者の解析ツールや、行動分析ツール、クラッシュレポートの仕組みは組み込んでいません。
本アプリは、機能の提供にあたって当社のサーバーと通信することはありません。作成したアファメーションの本文・お名前・履歴が当社や第三者へ送信されることはありません。通知はすべて端末内で組み立てて表示するローカル通知で、サーバーからのプッシュ通知は使いません。
ただし iOS 版では、お客様ご自身が「バックアップ」または「復元」を押したときにだけ、Apple の iCloud と通信します。保存先はお客様ご自身の iCloud アカウントの領域で、当社や第三者がその中身を見ることはできません。この操作をしなければ iCloud との通信は一切発生しません（初期状態では実行されません）。
このほか、本ページやお問い合わせ用のメールへのリンクを開いたときにのみ、端末の標準ブラウザ・メールアプリが起動します。
本アプリは、年齢を問わず個人情報を収集しません。13歳未満の利用者からも同様に、個人情報はいかなるものも収集しません。
端末内のデータは、アプリを削除すればすべて消えます。iCloud にバックアップした内容は、iPhone の「ファイル」アプリで iCloud Drive にある本アプリ用フォルダを削除すると消えます。削除した記録を元に戻すことはできません。保存先は端末内だけなので、運営者側に削除を依頼する対象のデータはありません。
iCloud 連携は任意機能で、初期状態では実行されません。バックアップ・復元は、お客様が「バックアップ」または「復元」ボタンをタップした明示的操作時のみ行われます。
保存先はお客様ご自身の iCloud アカウントの領域で、当社や第三者からアクセスすることはできません。利用には iPhone の iCloud Drive が有効で、本アプリの iCloud 連携が許可されている必要があります。通信および保存データは Apple の暗号化技術により保護されます。
本アプリは次の機能を使います。いずれも端末の中で完結し、当社に情報が送信されることはありません。
マイク・カメラ・位置情報・連絡先・写真・ヘルスケアデータなどの権限は要求しません。
本アプリはアファメーション（肯定的宣言）の習慣づけを助けるツールであり、特定の医学的・心理的効果を保証するものではありません。診療行為や医学的助言の提供、特定の症状の改善を目的とするものではありません。健康上の懸念がある場合は専門家にご相談ください。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を書き換えます。収集する情報の種類を増やす場合は、アプリの更新時にあらためてお知らせします。

KOTODAMA (the "App") does not collect any personal information. Everything you enter or record in the App is stored only on your own device. There is one exception: when you tap “Backup” yourself on iOS, the selected data is saved to your own iCloud (see “Network Communication”).
The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address or date of birth. There is no account and no sign-in. We do not collect location data, advertising identifiers or device identifiers.
What you record in the App is stored only in the App's private area (sandbox) on your device. None of the items below is ever transmitted to any external server. Deleting the App also deletes the stored records. (The one exception: when you run a backup yourself on iOS, the items below — apart from the launch passcode and the biometric setting — are saved to your own iCloud.) The following is stored:
We never share, sell or otherwise provide anything we hold to third parties.
The App shows no advertising. It contains no third-party analytics, behaviour-tracking or crash-reporting SDKs such as Google Analytics, Firebase or advertising SDKs.
The App never communicates with our servers in order to work. The affirmations you write, the name you enter and your history are never sent to us or to anyone else. Notifications are local notifications built and shown entirely on your device; no push notifications are sent from any server.
On iOS there is one exception: the App talks to Apple’s iCloud only when you tap “Backup” or “Restore” yourself. The data goes to your own iCloud account area, where neither we nor any third party can read it. If you never tap those buttons, no iCloud communication happens at all (it is off by default).
Apart from this, your device’s browser or mail app only opens when you tap a link to this page or to our contact address.
The App collects no personal information from users of any age, including users under 13.
Deleting the App removes everything stored on your device. Anything you backed up to iCloud can be removed by deleting the App’s folder in iCloud Drive from the Files app on your iPhone. Deleted records cannot be restored. Because the data never leaves your device, there is no data held by us for you to request deletion of.
iCloud is an optional feature and is off by default. Backup and restore happen only when you explicitly tap the “Backup” or “Restore” button.
The data goes to your own iCloud account area; neither we nor any third party can access it. It requires iCloud Drive to be enabled on your iPhone with iCloud access granted to the App. The transfer and the stored data are protected by Apple’s encryption.
The App uses the following. All of them stay on your device and send nothing to us.
The App never asks for microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos or health data permissions.
The App is a tool to help build an affirmation habit and guarantees no particular medical or psychological outcome. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or give medical advice. If you have a health concern, please consult a professional.
If we change this policy we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we ever begin collecting a new kind of information we will say so in the app update.
