夢日記（以下「本アプリ」）についてのご質問・不具合のご連絡は、こちらのメールアドレスまでお願いします。

お返事には数日いただくことがあります。不具合のご連絡のときは、差し支えなければ次の3つを書き添えていただけると助かります。

2. 使いかた

起きたら、覚えている夢をそのまま書いて「記録する」を押すと保存されます（押すまでは保存されません）。
書いた本文から夢キーワードが自動で拾われ、一覧に並びます。1件タップすると本文とキーワードの意味が読めます。
記録は端末の中だけに保存されます。アカウント登録もログインもありません。

3. よくあるご質問

書いた記録は、どこかに送られていますか？: いいえ。記録は端末の中だけに保存されます。アカウント登録もログインもなく、外部のサーバーへは何も送っていません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
記録を全部消したいです。: 一覧から消したい夢をタップして開き、いちばん下の「削除」を押すと、確認のうえでその1件が消えます。まとめて消す機能はないので、全部消したいときはアプリごと削除してください。元に戻すことはできません。
機種変更したら記録は引き継げますか？: いまのところ引き継ぎ機能はありません。記録が端末の中だけにあるためです。新しい端末では、あらためて最初からになります。
インターネットにつながっていなくても使えますか？: 使えます。すべての機能が端末内で完結しており、機内モードでも使えます（画面の書体を初めて使うときに Google のフォント配信サーバーから書体を取得しますが、いずれもできなかった場合でも動作には影響しません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーの「通信」をご覧ください）。
広告やアプリ内課金はありますか？: ありません。
過去の記録はどこまで残りますか？: 最新100件までです。101件目を追加すると、いちばん古い記録が自動的に消えます。
夢キーワードは、どうやって出しているのですか？: アプリに同梱された辞書と、書いた本文とを、端末の中だけで照合しています。通信は発生しません。
表示される夢の意味は当たりますか？: 一般的な象徴辞典をもとにした、娯楽を目的とした表示です。占いや診断ではありませんので、目安としてお楽しみください。

4. うまく動かないとき

アプリをいったん終了して、開き直してください。
それでも直らないときは、端末を再起動してください。
App Store / Google Play に本アプリの更新が出ていないか確認してください。
それでも直らないときは、上の3点を書き添えて support@mainichi-apps.win までご連絡ください。

アプリを削除して入れ直すと直る場合がありますが、そのときは記録も消えます。最後の手段としてお試しください。

A reply may take a few days. When reporting a problem, it helps if you can include:

2. How to Use the App

When you wake up, type the dream you remember and tap Record to save it (nothing is saved until you tap).
Dream keywords are picked out of what you wrote and the entry appears in the list. Tap an entry to read the text and what each keyword is said to mean.
Entries are stored only on your device. There is no account and no sign-in.

Is what I record sent anywhere?: No. Records are stored only on your device. There is no account and no sign-in, and nothing is sent to an external server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete everything?: Tap the entry you want to remove to open it, then tap Delete at the bottom and confirm; that single entry is erased. There is no bulk-delete, so to erase everything, delete the App itself. This cannot be undone.
Can I move my records to a new phone?: Not at the moment, because the records live only on your device. On a new device you start again from scratch.
Does it work offline?: Yes. Everything works on your device, so every feature is available in airplane mode. (the first time a typeface is needed the App downloads the font file from Google's font servers. If either fails, nothing about the App changes. See "Network Communication" in the privacy policy.)
Are there ads or in-app purchases?: No.
How many entries are kept?: Up to the most recent 100. Adding a 101st entry automatically deletes the oldest one.
How are the dream keywords worked out?: The App compares what you wrote against a dictionary bundled inside it, entirely on your device. No network request is made.
Are the dream meanings accurate?: They come from common symbol dictionaries and are meant as entertainment, not fortune-telling or diagnosis. Please enjoy them as a rough guide.

4. If Something Goes Wrong

Close the App completely and open it again.
If that does not help, restart your device.
Check the App Store / Google Play for an update.
If it still happens, email support@mainichi-apps.win with the three details listed above.

Reinstalling the App can fix some problems, but it also erases your records. Please treat it as a last resort.
